My room had a kitchenette with shelving. This was very useful. the staff was friendly, providing excellent service . the location is central, near bus stations, and within a short walk to the railway station. everything was straightforward and helpful.

The coffee machine spat out dirt, and the cups had dust. This indicated a lack of inspection before my arrival.

The hotel is nicely situated in the historical part of town. i found it convenient. It is very close to the subway station and also near the city center. it was accessible to many key points.

communication was easy, and check-in was simple, even after hours. i appreciate that the staff contacted me about my forgotten wallet. the reception staff were very helpful and responded to my requirements promptly.

The room included a useful fridge. It also had a sink, which helped a lot. I received extra keys after requesting them. The staff was friendly and helpful, I really liked them.

The breakfast was underwhelming for the price. It did not offer enough options.
